Week 2 Check-In

Running has been feeling a lot easier this week. I actually want to run more than the program I’m following allows me. I’m trying to be smart about it though since I’m not necessarily as young as I feel and my body tends to be a lot more sore than usual. Go for the Gold Scarf

With cold weather comes a desire for a lot of scarves and other neck covers. I made this particular one for myself.
