Running has been feeling a lot easier this week. I actually want to run more than the program I’m following allows me. I’m trying to be smart about it though since I’m not necessarily as young as I feel and my body tends to be a lot more sore than usual. I felt pretty good this week, even though I think my sleep schedule has been a wee bit off. I missed the beginning of this year, but truthfully, I didn’t want to write. I’ve been dealing with symptoms of┬áseasonal affect disorder and am just now feeling better. Short Oregon Trip

In September, we took a short trip (exactly 3 days), to visit my father and his future wife. I haven’t seen him in about 8 years and was extremely nervous for the most part.
